• $700 per week from May until September, basic rate (Saturday check-ins at 2 PM and check-outs at 9 AM);
• Rates payable upon check in, $200 deposit on booking is applied as a damage/cleaning deposit, refundable if cottage is left in condition received;
• $60 per day from October to April, off-season rate (no running water, drinking water supplied, and chemical toilet…shower privileges in main building);
